Create your digital identity
Each signer must create their digital identity (e-signature). To do this, in this step we will verify their identity (by using ID legal documents, mobile PIN or email PIN), thus creating an e-signature associated that can be reused in successive signing processes. This e-signature will not only be used to sign your documents, but will also guarantee the security and traceability of your operations.
Start a signing process
Give your signing process a title, upload your documents and press the “Start” button.
You will need to complete a series of additional data and parameters, such as whether you prefer the signature to be done in series or parallel and the maximum period of time for the signature of all signatories.
Select signers
Select your organization's internal signers (if any) and add other potential signers (external). They will all receive an email notification to access the application, verify their identity and sign.
This way we ensure that the document will be received, managed and signed by the right people.
Signing documents
After receiving the notification, each signer will proceed to sign with one of their biometric signatures (previously generated, step 2). The application will collect and record all these events in the blockchain, creating a chain of immutable traceability of the entire process that will later appear in the signature certificate.
Signers have a pre-established period to complete the signature cycle, after which the issuer will be notified and the process will end.
Download the signature certificate
Once the signature process has been successfully completed, all signers will receive a certificate with the data and traceability of the process in addition to the original file with the blockchain digital record.
All of this can be downloaded and saved as evidence of the entire signature process.
